Pelt Merchant WIP

I've included a step-by-step WIP for my master-study as well. For me the purpose of doing a study like this wasn't so much to make it 100% accurate, but to find a way that I could find a feel for combining background and foreground elements. For a long time I'd always just focus on the one or the other, and I've found that I'd get stumped when thinking of mixing the two.

So yeah, I hope the WIP and study helps anyone who might be inclined to follow a similar flow
